Matthew Jerome Brown, 29, departed this life on February 15, 2023, in Roanoke, Va.
He leaves to cherish his mother, Donna R. Brown; father, Garland J. Scales; sister, Rashell Brown; brother, Landon Griffin, three nieces and two nephews.
A public viewing will be held Friday, March 3, 2023, at Serenity Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 126 Gilmer Avenue NW Roanoke, Virginia, from 2 until 5 p.m. A wake service will be held also at Serenity Funeral Home on Saturday, March 4, 2023, from 2 until 3 p.m. Monetary Donations can be made to the Brown Family by sending to Brown, 419 Hensley Drive, Apt. I, Raleigh, NC 27615.
