To Mike's Family: I was sorry to hear of Mike's passing. Mike and I were "buddies" years ago and worked together as officers for the Town of Bluefield, Va. and then as deputies for Tazewell County, before Mike left to go with the Va. State Police. I stayed and worked as Investigator for the County and Mike went on to the Academy. We shared a lot of good memories--interesting to say the least. Libby and I extend our sympathy to Mike's mother, brother, and family. You are in our thoughts and prayers!

Mike was a good man and honored himself and his family by the way he lived. Although we were not close, I enjoyed his friendship and will miss him.
