Patricia Saunders Obituary
December 18, 1940 - January 11, 2021
Patricia F. Saunders, 80, of Botetourt County, formerly of Roanoke, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 11, 2021. She fought liver and kidney disease with such dignity. She lived at the Glebe Retirement for the past six years and enjoyed her life there.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Dennis Saunders Sr.; and her parents, Margie and Hubert Fisher. Surviving are daughter and son-in-law, Twila and Allen Tolley; daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Frank Jewell, and son, Jerry Dennis Saunders Jr. Her loving grandchildren, who brought her such joy, Bradley A. Jewell and wife, Chinah H. Jewell; Brittany C. Jewell; and Carter Saunders; as well as her great-grandchildren, Maggie Jewell and Walker Jewell.
The family will have a private service and in lieu of flowers, the family would like memorials be made to the The Glebe Benevolent Fund, 3961 Stillman Parkway, Glen Allen, VA 23060 in memory of Patricia F. Saunders.
