Paul Preston Wade, 66, of Willis, passed away Wednesday July 10, 2013. He attended New Harvest Ministries Church, and he worked for Wills Ridge Supply, Inc. for 47 years. He enjoyed his hobby of cutting and selling wood. He is preceded in death by his parents, Camey P. and Lola Bishop Wade, an infant sister, Nellie Gay Wade, and a special friend, William Akers. He is survived by his wife Cora Lee Wade, stepdaughter, Pauline Hall and husband Virgil, brothers and sisters in law, Samuel E. and Pat Wade, and Joseph C. and Judy Wade. Three nieces and four nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday July 13, 2013, at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Roy J. Bentley officiating with interment to follow at the Big Sand Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday July 12, 2013, at the Maberry Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at

Cora and the Wade Family,Please accept our deepest sympathy and condolences from our Wills Ridge Supply Family. Paul was family to us here and he will be greatly missed. Each one of us here old or new have our special memories of Paul. Our hearts are deeply saddened by his departure. Paul was a very special man.He had been in this family even through his own family, with his dad also working here. He will always have a special place in our hearts.
