Well another year has passed (14) since my neighbor and friend Ray left this world. I think of Ray, Willard, Grace, Brenda often. Please accept my condolences for the Atkins family . I miss all of you from the old neighborhood !

Kathy and family, It’s been 45 years since my Dad, your brother, passed away. Can’t believe it! Still think of Ray every year on our wedding anniversary as he did our reception ! Hoping my youngest, Lauren, will get married this year, if the Governo4 will allow. Love, Kim Kennedy

To Kathy and family, it’s been ten years since Ray passed . Since then my Mom,Catherine passed in 2015 and dad in 2018 ! Ray, Grace, Brenda, Willard were my mothers favorite in the neighborhood ! I often think of them when I was young ! Please know I will never forget the times we shared back then! Hope this message finds you well ! God bless You and your family !

Ray was always one of my favorite people to work with because he was always smiling and so pleasant and charming. When my father was sick Ray would even come to the hospital to visit him and let Dad know he was thinking about him. Ray was a remarkable man who will be sorely missed. Our deepest sympathy. Ray,
You were a person that loved life and most of all loved your family. You always had a smile on your face and you had the best personality of anyone that I have known. I will always remember working with you at Valleydale and the good times we had on trips and the get together's at the cabin. You were the life of the party and I'm sure that will never change. The good lord has received alot of great people in the last year. Keep the party going Ray!!

Kelly, Dipper and family,
I am so very sorry to hear about your loss. I can still remember your dad when I would come over or we were heading out in the Chevette and him telling us to be careful and where we headed to now! He was always smiling and made me feel welcome. I know your heart is aching and the pain and grieving you will go through, but always keep the memories alive everyday.
Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers and know that God has called him home and he is a new angel looking down upon you!

I am so sorry that Uncle Ray has passed. I am thankful that I was always his "pudding" - whether I was 7 or 37. I find it comforting that he passed 27 years to the day after Mom. I bet there was one heck of a party in heaven that night! I imagine it was like the old dances we used to come for at the Knights of Columbus in Manassas. Heaven was surely rocking on Thursday night!
