Rebecca Ostrander Obituary
Born to Camilla Ethel Dunn and John Marse Smith Jr., Becky lived a life marked by quiet strength, kindness, and devotion to those she loved. She was preceded in death by her husband, John ""Jack"" Wilson Ostrander, with whom she shared many years of laughter, partnership, and family.
Becky is survived by her son, Patrick Jay Ostrander and his wife Bekki Sloane Ostrander; and her daughter, Vicki Camilla Jansen and her husband Alfred Howard Jansen III. She was a proud grandmother to Zachery Shawn Ostrander and Jack Brayden Ostrander, and a loving step-grandmother to Ellie Harris (husband Kyle) and Brent Jansen.
Her joy extended to the next generation as ""Great Grandma Becky"" (GGB) togreat-grandchildren Teagan and Jace Harris, who brought light to her later years.
Beckys family will remember her gentle humor, steadfast love, and the grace with which she faced every season of life.
In accordance with her wishes, no formal service is planned. The family welcomes kind thoughts and memories shared in her honor.

To Vicki & Patrick, and the entire family, I'm sorry about your Mom's passing. I haven't seen Aunt Becky in many years, but I have fond memories of Virginia vacations with Gram O. I kept in touch through Facebook & mentioned to her about how delicious her peanut butter balls were! I hope all the great memories yiu all shared with bring peace to your hearts. Sending love to you all!
