Walter, Walter How do I find another that loved life as you did? Knowing this may be the end here and being so OK with that. I can't believe that we were just talking about that. I feel at peace because I know that just like me, you had a great life and always felt very blessed and believed when the time comes, it is alright because we know. I will miss seeing your face and the wonderful jokes and talks we shared. I know I will see you again.
Dearest Dawn,
I'm so sorry you have to go through this. He loves you so much. One of the things I loved about him most was his loving loyalty to you and family.God has him and you have God. If you need anything please let me know.

Walter, we will miss you, but even now that you have gone, you still know how to make us smile. You left behind many wonderful memories that I believe will get us through our mourning. The Lord needs you now, and I know you will be great. Please watch over us and send us some sunshine...just like you did when you were here. Love always, TJ

Just letting you all know that I also share in the pain of the loss of a great man Walter Moore.
Walter Moore was a great friend and a great man, even though we were separated by the ocean we always had a laugh at work on the IM.
Hearing the dreadful news yesterday really knocked me for a loop, it left me in shock, Walter and I made our friendship when I first joined the team, I think he was the newbie as well in the team and we really kicked the friendship off, we used to tease each other, and he would often tease me about my passion for Dolly Parton's singing, and my taste in women, lol, Walter was always there for me when I needed something.
If he was doing call backs and was stuck on some of them he would of asked me to do some for him and I would of done it and Vice Versa.
Walter for the short time that I knew you, you were a great friend and I will miss you from the team, I know you are up there looking down on us all now from the great height, and making sure that we are all working the best we can. What I have learned from Walter was live life to the minute.
So no matter where you are today, and whether it is a glass of soda or a glass of beer, raise it up to Walter our absent friend.

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

Dawn and family:
Words can't express the enormous loss I feel after Walter's passing. Everyone in my family loved Walter as one of our own. May the Lord comfort you in the coming days, and weeks and please don't hesitate to contact us if you ever need anything. Walter was without a doubt one of the kindest people we ever had the pleasure of knowing he will be sorely missed. Walter always said he felt like we often shared the same brain when it came to our passion for working on computers. I will always remember his work ethic, his humor and best of all his giving spirit both as a friend and teammate. He was truly an inspiration and we will love and miss him forever. It was a true honor to have Walter as a friend. Walter, wherever you are now we hope the fish are biting and the sun is shining brightly. We love you always.

To the family of Walter Moore.
He is already greatly missed at Allstate. I will miss most the days that he would come to fuss at me and tell me I did something wrong, and then apologize because I was right in the first place. Walter was a great man, hilarious to have a conversation with and someone to go to for advice. I'm sure he's having a blast fishing and telling jokes in Heaven.

Moore Family,
I am deeply sadened by Walter's passing. I have known Walter for many years dating back to classes we had at Dominion College. Walter was a great guy with a huge heart. He was the type of guy no matter what type of day you were having you would forget it all because of his humor. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Walter and I came to Allstate in the same training class. He was one of the few near my age and we became friends. Walter was a good guy and a funny guy. When we had lunch at the same time, I would just laugh at the things he would say. I will miss Walter.
