Lee Pate Sr.
FAIRMONT — Lee Breckenridge Pate Sr., 41, of 2439 Centerville Church Road, passed away Nov. 14, 2013, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center of Lumberton.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Mt. Elim Baptist Church, the Rev. James Graham officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Elim Baptist Church Cemetery.
He was born Aug. 2, 1972, in Robeson County. He was employed as a cafeteria manager for the Public Schools of Robeson County.
He was preceded in death by his father, Morris Lee Wilcox; and his maternal grandparents, Carlos and Helen Leggett.
He is survived by his wife, Jessica Wilcox Pate of the home; his mother, Elaine Leggett Pate of Fairmont; his stepfather, Jack Pate of Fayetteville; a son, Lee Breckenridge Pate Jr. of the home; a brother, Vance Pate of Fairmont; a sister, Victoria Pate Sealey of Fairmont; his nieces and nephews, Jaidah and Jaylon Watson, Jayonna Jackson, Jaxhon and Jennah Sealey.
The visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

I remember the day I met you. I was riding my bike around Rowland car wash and you were cleaning the pool with Tori and Vance. You waved me over and introduced yourself and made me feel welcome to Rowland. I met your mom and dad and Mr Jack called me little Mack. We share a lot of memories most of them really great besides the year John Faulk passed. I remember that being very hard for you. So much has changed and I still get lost for words when I hear Simple Man or Paradise City. I miss watching you and John play guitar. I miss you laugh and how it brought the room alive.

Lord how I miss my brother...Breck taught me so many things...how to pump gas, check my oil, change my own tail lights, how to patch up sheetrock, how to do things myself so I never had to ask anyone for help. My big brother, I'm so heartbroken but I find peace knowing God has you with Him. I'll love you Always & I'll forever be your favorite sister.
