PEMBROKE — Philip Ray Locklear, 77, of Jones Street, died Jan. 4, 2018, at Morrison Manor.
The funeral services will be held a 3 p.m. Tuesday at Revels Funeral Home Chapel Pembroke. Burial will follow in the Preston Cemetery. The family will receive friends to 2 to 3 p.m Tuesday at Revels Funeral Home Pembroke.
