Donald Kuhn Obituary

Donald William Kuhn, 92, Peru, and formerly of Rochester, passed away at 10:29 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2022, at Duke's Memorial Hospital, Peru.

He was born May 27, 1929, in Rochester, the son of Calvin and Mildred (Rogers) Kuhn. He served with the United States Marines during the Korean War. On Dec. 31, 1966, in Rochester, he married Darlene (Cumberland) Ulerick and she survives.

Mr. Kuhn had worked as a door-to-door milkman and then moved to work for the Torin Corporation where she met his wife of 55 years. Before he retired he was working for Little Debbi. He enjoyed playing golf and in his younger days was an avid pool player.

Survivors include his wife, Darlene Kuhn, Peru; children Randy (Dena) Kuhn, Logansport, Mark (Liz) Kuhn, New Holstein, Wisc., Tara (Dave) Bright, Morton, Ill.; stepchildren and in-laws, Teresa (Nate) Kimmell, Rochester, Brian Ulerick, Florida, Alee Ulerick, Rochester; 15 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; sister Ester Godshalk, Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his parents and stepson, Bobby Ulerick.

No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are by Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester. Online condolences may be expressed at www.zimmermanbrosfh.com.
