Earnest Capps Obituary
Earnest Graham "Gray" Capps, Jr., 61 died Tuesday.
Funeral service will be held 3:00 P.M., Friday, Carlisle Funeral Home, Tarboro. Burial will follow in Edgecombe Memorial Park.
Gray was employed with S& D Coffee Company as a sales representative , serving eastern North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest G. and Emily Lucille Stroud Capps.
He is survived by his loving family, including his wife, Peggy Lynn Capps, Brother, Kenneth G. Capps and wife, Bettie of Spring Hope. Sister, Irene S. Worrells and husband, Harold of Saulston
The family will receive friends at Carlisle Funeral Home, Tarboro Thursday from 7:00 - 9:00 P.M.

Gray and I were friends from elementary school through high school football and track years. We lost touch but I didnt need to to know he was a good man.

Peggy, I am so sorry for your lost we had some fun time riding on the bus and singing. I will be lifting you and the family up in prayer. He is up there with my mom and wife singing in that heavenly choir. Take care!!
