Vivian Joy Littlejohn

Mrs. Vivian Joy Jones Littlejohn, age 90, of Rome, GA, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at a local healthcare facility.

Mrs. Littlejohn was born on March 18, 1935, in Rome, GA, daughter of the late Dennis B. Jones and the late Letha Tippens Jones. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carlton "Buddy" Littlejohn. Joy was a member of New Armuchee Baptist Church and of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She enjoyed line dancing with the Dixie Stompers and traveling.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Mike Littlejohn (Teresa), Terri Littlejohn, Cindy Simmonds (Jim), and Todd Littlejohn (Andrea); her grandchildren, Jami Poore (Scot), B.J. Littlejohn (Brittany), Tyler Simmonds, Mason Littlejohn (Arizla), and Brittany Gardner (Charlie); her great grandchildren, Nicholas and Elizabeth Poore, and Anslee and Jack Gardner; her brothers, Jack Jones, Buddy Jones (Trena), and Danny Jones (Bobye); her sister-in-law, Maryann Canada; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 2:00pm, in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, Oaknoll Chapel, with Dr. David Howard officiating. Interment will follow in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Monday, at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, Oaknoll Chapel, from 1:00pm until the hour of service.

Pallbearers are asked to assemble at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, Oaknoll Chape,l on Monday by 1:30 pm and include: Tyler Simmonds, B.J. Littlejohn, Scot Poore, Charlie Gardner, and Jim Simmons.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Riverwood Senior Living Memory Care, and especially Mrs. Littlejohn's loving caregivers, Jeanette Starling, Johnnie Foster, and Marika Dublin. They would also like to thank Jenna Little and the staff at Traditions Hospice.
