SHAFER - John "Jocko" Shafer, 87, of Westmoreland, on Oct. 24, 2025. Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 7, at the Church of the Annunciation, 7616 E. South St. Clark Mills. Burial will immediately follow at Kirkland Cemetery, 4541 French Road, Clinton. Arrangements by Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service. Donations to Westmoreland Fire Department, 101 Station Road, PO Box 478, Westmoreland, NY 13490.

Jack was a friend and my neighbor who will be deeply
