I'm sorry we never met, but I'm thankful for the beautiful step-sisters she brought into the world for me.

I can't count how many times I sat at Bev's kitchen table doubled over laughing with her,Teri and an array of friends. Bev you always made me smile and I will always remember and thank you for that. I don't think I will ever forget dancing on furniture on New Year's eve in Palm Beach with Bev, Teri and Jim. A really bright light was turned off way too soon.

Bev was a joy and delight to be around. Her laugh was infectious and her opinion known. I will miss her and enjoy the memories. I served with her in AWMI and was unable to attend her service. Please know my condolences are with the entire family.

Joanne, I'm so sorry to read of Bev's passing. I remember all the stories my mom used to tell me of you two sisters when my parents spent some of their many nights together with your folks playing cards. They were very close friends. I know how hard it is to lose your only sibling. I still miss Don and Pauline so very much! With our deepest prayers and sympathy. Ed and Sylvia Asp May God bless you and your entire family at this time.

Bev, I will miss you dearly. I mowed your lawn and washed your windows for 13 yrs. You kept me thinking straight and narrow every time we talked and i will always miss you. God Bless your family in this time of sorrow!

Hi Bev, Sorry, but an emergency prevented me from completing my tribute to you and our 38 year relationship. While memories fade, I still remember the Aspen ski trips on Buttermilk mountain, the apres ski parties in the chalets; the many golf outings (and you correcting Bob and my language); the Mexico trips: the hard-fought tennis matches (you were wrong about my "foot faults"); the many vacations we spent together - but ABOVE ALL, the very warm relationship we shared together over these many years! Your sense of humor and friendship will always be treasured! I will always love you.

Beverly, even though I seem to be one of your "newer" friends, I feel I have known you for a long time. I will truly miss you and your fun personality. I've always enjoyed your company. My sincere condolences to Tracy, Terry, and Shelli.

I have known Beverly for most our lives since 1956 when we all met at the American Academy of Art. I've always thought of her as one of my very dearest friends. I'll very much miss her positive attitude and great sense of humor. My heartfelt condolences to Tracy and Terry, and Shelly.

Over the past 38 years Bev and I have had many conversations. Knowing her skill as a artist and lover of words, I can hear her now talking to me (and her many friends):
Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life's been full, I savored much - Good friends, good times, a loved one's touch.
My dearest friend, I will miss you, and our conversations, very much.

I have known Bev since her daughter Teri was my first college roommate at SIU in 1980--and Teri and I have been great friends ever since, to the point that she was my matron of honor in 2000. Teri was and is my dearest friend, full of love, compassion and wit. That is how Bev's beauty continues to live--through Teri and Bev's other children and her grandchildren. Nice legacy, Bev! Godspeed. xo
