I just heard about Burts death and am so sorry. I'm sure it is a big blow for all of you in the family so soon after Doris' death. We were good friend and motorhomed with them and spent time together in Florida. My deepest sympathy'

We are so sorry to hear about Uncle Burt. Hope you are doing as best as can be expected.
We didn't have alot of family time together, him living up north, but when he and your mom came to Rockford...it was great.
The one thing I will always remember about your Dad, is his smile.
It beamed...and everyone around him felt the joy and love in his being...especially when your Mom was with him...
I loved your Dad and Mom...even though we were miles apart.
So, now that you are going through this again...please know that we are with you in our hearts...and
that it's "Burt and Dorrie" together again.
And all is good.
always here...Lee and Mary

Bruce, Scott, Shelley and family:
We were so sorry to hear about the loss of Burt. We could see how much he missed your mom, and he just wasn't the same when we got together with you all on the boat this summer. Now he is at peace with his life-long partner. May the many memories he has left you all with and his pride in his family comfort you during your time of grieving. You are all in our prayers.

Bruce, Scott and Shelley:
We were shocked to hear about Burt. He just wasn't himself following the loss of his Doris. His lonliness was obvious when we would see him on the boat. Now he is with his partner and best friend. May the many memories he has created with you all and his pride in you as family comfort you all during this time of grieving. Some of our favorite memories have been our time with your mom and dad in Naples and on the boat.
