CAROL J. ROSER, 76 ROCKFORD - Carol J. Roser, 76, of Rockford, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2015, in Serenity Hospice and Home in Oregon. Born Feb. 22, 1939, in Rockford ; the daughter of Kenneth and Lena (Dal'Osto) Lund. She married Kenneth Roser on July 12, 1957, in Rockford; he predeceased her Jan. 21, 2015. Carol was a member of the Council of Rockford Gardeners, the Wildflower Garden Club, and the Glory Garden Garden Walk. She also owned her own decorating business. She is survived by her children, Jeffrey (Liliana) of Hereford, AZ and Laurie (Alan) Whitlow of Stillman Valley; grandchildren, Ashley (Keller), Todd, Andres, Dominique and Jackson; and siblings, Ronald (Karolyn) Lund, Dave (Lisa) Lund, and Debbie Bengtson. Funeral service will be at 5 p.m. Monday, June 29, 2015, in Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 4620 20th St. Rockford with visitation from 3 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Pastor Robert Mellon will officiate.
