Christ Pikios, 95, of Rockford passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019. Born April 1, 1923, in Rockford, the son of Nick and Anna (Psaltis) Pikios. Formerly employed at Bonton Warehouse and Reed Chatwood. Lifetime member of St. Constantine Greek Orthodox Church. Survivors include daughter, Ann (Michael) Diamond; son, Nick (Linda) Pikios; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents; wife, Mary; and sisters, Mary Manesis, Katie Chesak and Lola Weber.
Service at 11 a.m. Monday, January 14, in St. Constantine Greek Orthodox Church, 108 North 5th Street, Rockford, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established. For complete obituary, visit delehantyfh.com.

Dear Family,
I am sorry to hear of the passing of your father. I use to work with Mary at the Illinois Room at Weise's. So many years ago. She was a cook. We had a lot of fun there. Your father would come in a lot to eat dinner. He was a very kind man.
