My Grandfather was a great man, who I believe did exactly what he hoped to do in life -- pursue his passion, travel and raise a great family. He will forever be in our lives. We will never forget him.

Our sincere condolences go out to Sally & the rest of the family. My wife, Marge Engberg Lawson, is a distant cousin of Deans. We all grew up together in Rockford. When we moved to Ann Arbor in 1959, we had a pleasant visit with Dean when he returned to the U of M for a reunion. His photo remains on display, in the lobby of the U golf course, as captain of the only team from the U to win the Big Ten title.
May God bless you all. Marge & Bob Lawson.
