Denise Wolfram Obituary
Denise Rae Wolfram, 43, of Rockton, Illinois, died on October 23, 2017. Born February 27, 1974 to parents Judy (Logemann) and Jim Wolfram in Rockford, Illinois. She graduated from Harlem High School and Kishwaukee Community College. Employed as an Office Assistant by Steven Diamond, MD. Denise had a servant's heart, always focused more on others than herself, and was the one friends called upon during times of need. Will be remembered for her hearty laugh, contagious spirit, smile… and loving soul with endless compassion for others and her rescued and adopted pets. Denise is survived by her father; sisters Shari (Steve) Mleziva and Deanna (Steve); brothers Brad (Debb) and Bruce (Jeneé). Also left behind are loving nieces and nephews Jory, Mallory, Taylor, Anson, Brandon, Cameron, Chloe, Cole and Cooper; godchildren Alyssa, Phelan and Riley. Although she didn't have any children of her own, she was a mother to many, especially Al, Alex, Emily and Nathan . Also many friends who will forever miss her in their lives. Predeceased by her mother and her partner Jason Vander Waal.
Visitation and service at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory – Mulford Chapel, 1860 South Mulford Road, Rockford, Illinois on Sunday, October 29, 2017. Visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. followed by memorial service at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.

I am so very sorry to hear of Denise's passing. We played volleyball together at Harlem. Although we lost touch after graduation, I have always remembered her crazy sense of humor and contagious laughter. I will remember her fondly and keep your entire family in my thoughts and prayers.

We are very sad and taken back by Denise's passing. Denise was the first face you would greet upon arriving to your appointment with Dr. Diamond. She was always so kind and gracious. Not everyone appreciates the importance of first impression but in her job, it was very important. It sets the pace for the entire office visit. This is a skill set that Denise was such a natural at. A gift. If you had a request of any kind, you knew that she would always get it done, or the person who handles that task would be given the proper information to handle it. She was always game, for us showing off pictures of the grandkids, and that alone showed her tolerance. We send our deepest condolences to Denise's entire family, friends and co-workers. And we are so very saddened by her loss.
