George Valentine Obituary
George Valentine, 81, of Loves Park, IL passed away on January 25, 2016. He was born February 22, 1934, in Rockford, the son of Erick Valentine and Vera (Bergsten) Valentine. George served in the United State Marines and was a brick layer for many years. He married Patricia (Watkins) on January 15, 1982 in Rockford. Survivors include his wife, Patricia; daughter, Kim Anderson; son, Kenneth (Jennifer) Anderson; grandchildren, Shawn Wilson, Kassandra Wilson and Kaila Anderson. Predeceased by parents; son, David Anderson; and granddaughter, Kaylee Henry.

I was an apprentice right out of high school and worked for Holm & Page building an addition on Swedish American Hospital and worked with George and his dad, Eric in 1955 I now live in Michigan.
