I never meet this young man, but I have a son two days apart and I could not comprehend losing him. Oh Lord Jesus, I pray for Your everlasting arms to be around his mother. May God give her peace and love surrounded by family. I am so sorry for your loss and words sometimes just won't help in such a terrible loss. Jesus is near to the brokenhearted, so remember that. Call on Jesus and HE will be with you.

Jaton, thank you for raising such a respectful, kind, and talented young man. Most of all, thank you for sharing Lavontay with our family-I will never forget that smile and gentle spirit. God will carry you, his siblings, grandparents and friends. As his Mother, may God comfort your heart during this difficult time. And know that you are in our prayers now and in our thoughts always.
