Matthew "Matt" L. LaTorre, 41, of Roscoe entered into eternal rest Friday, February 28, 2020, after a short illness. Born February 1, 1979, in Rockford, the son of Larry and Cheryl (Berg) LaTorre.
Service at 6:30 p.m. Monday, March 2, 2020, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 4:30 p.m. to service time. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his name. For complete obituary, visit delehantyfh.com.

I met Matt when I was just 18, through all the years he was a great friend , remembering coming to the house to cut his hair (plus anyone else that was there) or just stopping by to say hi and hang out ... youll b remembered fondly for nevr passing judgement and always being kind . I wish your family the best Matt will always be remembered as my friend of 20+ yrs n a good dude at heart

I love you.matthew l.latorre you were and are my best freind and blood brother going back 7 8 years old the world lost a great spirit my only true freind trusted in life.and death.had no idea last talked to you brother. In November I was induced in comma and was my birthday im in tears found out at work have no way to contact Larry Sam autumn or anyone devistated.was begging him to come and see me plz contact me ben szymanski.i can't beleive it I love you all .in the name of holy spirit put hedge of pertection around Matthew .appoligies its 4 am
