Mildred Olson Obituary
Mildred L. Olson, 92, formerly of Rockford, passed away on November 4, 2018. She was born on November 20, 1925, in Rockford, the daughter of Frank A. and Ethel V. (Nelson) Kolterman. Mildred graduated from East High School in 1943. She married Kenneth E. Olson on May 29, 1948 in Rockford. He predeceased her May 1, 2008. She worked in the customer service dept. at Greenlee for 20 years. Mildred was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. Survivors include son, Kent (Debora) Olson; grandsons; David Kenny and Dalton Olson; granddaughters, Tracie Kesecker, Sherry Sweatt, and Heather Whitehead; numerous great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by husband, Kenneth; and daughter, Lynell Kenny.

Those who mourn the death of loved ones can find strength in God by turning to him in prayer. God can supply the curative comfort that is needed. Going to God, along with seeking to learn and to do his will, will certainly bring healing to the aching heart.Ps. 86:6, 7.
