MOHAN DASS GANDHI SATHIYASEELAN, 30 ROCKFORD - The life of Mohan Dass Gandhi Sathiyaseelan, 30, was taken away Friday, Sept. 2, 2011. Born July 6, 1981, in Chennai, India, to Southamani and Munusamy Sathiyaseelan. Graduated with a masters of computer application at the University of Madras, Chennai India. He was employed as a secondary power distribution engineer with Hamilton Sundstrand. Survived by parents, Southamani and Munusamy Sathiyaseelan; brother, Pranadharthi Haran Sathiyaseelan of India. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all his friends in the U.S. Service from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Gandhi, you are more than a friend and always be part of my family. I still can't believe that you are no more. Your beloved friend Santosh (my 3 yr old son) is yet to realize that you are no more, but keeps saying that you will come back in a new bike with lot of chocolates. I worked with you a little on RPDS, on the test stand that you used.

You always had a smile on your face when I greeted you, no matter the pressure or circumstance.

After that, every time I met you in the hallways at work, you always had that smile on your face when we greeted each other.
