PHYLLIS A. FIELD, 89 ROCKFORD - Phyllis A. Field, 89, of Rockford, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, in Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center. Born December 16, 1925, in Rockford, the daughter of Frank and Gertrude (Lindgren) Nelson, Phyllis was a graduate of East High School, class of 1943. Phyllis enjoyed golf, bowling, line dancing and spending time with her friends. She is survived by her daughters, Ann (Gregory) Duker of Rogers, AR., and Jane (Gary) Greenlee of Caledonia; grandchildren, Andrew (Betsy) Greenlee, Lucas (Korri) Greenlee, Joanna Duker, Eric Duker, Camden (Tina) Greenlee, and Mark (Taylor) Duker; great-grandchildren, Abby, Haley, Argyle, Piper, and Ayden; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, sister, Evelyn (Frank) Trisch; and former husband, Richard Field. Private graveside service in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Machesney Park.
