Stephanie Gordon Obituary
Stephanie A. Gordon, 24, of Elgin passed away suddenly on Saturday, May 13, 2017. She was born on September 13, 1992 in Rockford the daughter of Stuart Gordon & Heather Neace. She attended Harlem School in Rockford, and graduated from Larkin High School in Elgin. During her time at Larkin, she also served as a lifeguard at the Centre of Elgin. She had attended Illinois State University and was presently employed by the Elgin Public House as a server. She is survived by her brothers Jason and Stuart; her uncle and aunt Adam & Melissa Nease of Elgin; cousins Diana and Spencer; grandparents Dale (Bonnie) Neace of South Beloit and Yvette (Jack) Thrun of Belvidere; numerous great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, half siblings, a loving extended family, and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Laird Funeral Home, Elgin. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3 p.m. until the time of service. 847-741-8800 or www.lairdfamilyfuneralservices.com
