Susie Beck Obituary

SUSIE M. BECK, 85 LOVES PARK - Susie M. Beck, 85, of Loves Park passed away peacefully Monday, Feb. 11, 2013. Born April 1, 1927, in Wolf Lake, daughter of Carl and Bertha Pierson. Married Bruce Beck on April 18, 1947, in Rockford. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crossword puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include husband, Bruce; sons, William Beck of Lake Tahoe, Nev., and Brian (Cathi) Beck of Caledonia; grandchildren, Jason, Joshua and Nicole; brother, Don (Joy) Musselman of New Orleans; and cousin, Virginia Freeze of Rockford. Services are private. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home Ltd., 401 River Lane. For more information, delehantyfh.com.
