Dear Bernie,
We were so sorry to read of Teresa's passing. We have not spoken to you since your youngest was born. You lived upstairs from us on Drummond Place in Chicago. You were such a great family and good friends. We are so sorry that we lost touch with you. Strange we only lived a few miles apart, we lived in Crystal Lake.

Please accept our deepest sympathy and prayers. We have never forgotten you.

Please accept our condolences on your loss.

There are never adequate words to express our feelings, but as St. John of the Cross wrote, "In the evening of our life, we shall be judged on our love."
