Theodore Fagerburg Obituary

THEODORE STUART FAGERBURG ROCKFORD - Theodore Stuart Fagerburg passed away Monday, April 15, 2013, in his home, after a short illness. Born January 4, 1924, in Rockford to Arthur and Emma Fagerburg. Graduate of East Rockford High School in 1942. Ted enlisted in the Navy and served as an Electrician Mate First Class in the Pacific. Married Norma Rosenquist on July 12, 1952. Retired from ComEdison after 38 years. Survived by wife, Norma; son, James; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents; two sisters; and three brothers. A special thank you to Heartland Hospice for the wonderful care. Funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday, April 19, at Calvary Christian Church, 5455 Charles St., Rockford, with visitation from 10 a.m. until time of service. Pastor Steven Doyle will officiate. Interment in Scandinavian Cemetery. Memorials to Rockford Rescue Mission and Carpenter's Place. Grace Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family.
