When I color little flowers, I always color them Violet for her and remember Vi ❤ Today in water aerobics we got in a circle and said our name and a flower starting with the first letter in our name. Our friend Versy said Violet and we knew it was for our dear friend. I still have the birthday card she gave me on my bulletin board

Vi & her husband Melvin were our neighbors for many, many years (until my dad, Harry Morrison passed @ 405 Wallace in 2006)-Vi would always give us a sample of her herbs/veggies/grapes she grew in the back yard. My husband, Mike would help them with handyman deeds & enjoyed their company while doing so. The day of my dads funeral, Vi was a Godsend to us as we were so busy w/arrangements, etc-she brought us a huge meat/cheese tray to eat-we will always remember & be thankful for all that she & Melvin did for us thruout the years. Very smart & sweet woman indeed, she will be missed by many. We are very glad that we got to see her not long ago-our prayers go out to the family. With love, Christie (Morrison) & Michael Skupien [email protected]

I will miss your mom greatly...even though I didn't get to see her much in the past several years, I will always remember how her smile could light up a room. She had a way of making everyone feel special and loved. She will always have a place in my heart.

Vi was my Girl Scout leader 47yrs ago as well. We had a GREAT time at Camp McCormick. We learned a lot of things from Vi and Shirley. I went to school with Becky and my husband went to school with Sue. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I haven't seen your Mom in years but I have so many good memories of her - especially her laugh! She cut my hair when I was a girl and she made me laugh then, too. We are so sorry to learn that she has passed and want to let you know that you and your families are in our thoughts and prayers.
