William Clark Obituary
William John Clark, 67, of Rockford died September 4, 2016, in his home. Born August 25, 1949, in DeKalb; son of George William John and Dorothy Margaret (Janicke) Clark. William was employed for over 30 years at Essex Manufacturing. He was an excellent cook, kept a pristine home and was the best dad in the world. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time in his garden, and outdoors. Survived by his children, Linda (David White) Strimmel, Robert (fiancée, Pamela Purl) Clark Sr., all of Rockford, Billy Clark Sr. of New Port Richie, FL; grandchildren, Sarah Orsborn, Paul Beck, Grace Clark, Robert Clark Jr., David Clark, Billy Clark Jr., Cameron Clark, Dylon Clark; great-granddaughter, Michaela Freeman; sisters, Theresa Clark and Silvia Clark. Preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Tommy and Georgia Clark.
