Barbara Smith Obituary
Alto, NM - Barbara Roth Smith moved from this life to life eternal peacefully on July 5, 2021 in her home in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Barbara has lived in New Mexico for 18 years with her husband Ronnie. She leaves behind her son Bill Horan and wife Karen, daughter Tammy Adams, son Tim Horan and wife Denise, grandchildren Tyler Horan and wife Abby, Ashley Hammar and husband John and Isabella Horan as well as her two great grandson's Wallace Horan and Nolan Hammer. Barbara dearly loved her family. Her smile, sense of humor and desire to embrace life will be missed. Barbara loved to adopt animals and was fond of supporting the SPCA in Ruidoso. In honor of Barbara, we ask you consider a donation to this organization for all the wonderful work they do. Special thanks to Emcompass Hospice especially Beth and Kara for all the compassion and care they gave Barbara the last few months of her life.

Ronnie and Family I am so sorry for your loss. Barbara was such a gem among humans. She was so kind and loving. My prayers are lifted for comfort.
