Andrea A. Michaud

BRANDON - Andrea Anne (Carrara) Michaud passed away unexpectedly October 18, 2015.
Andrea was born on October 8, 1957. She attended Rutland High School and graduated in 1975. She worked at Designers Boutique in Rutland, Turtle Green in Rutland, Shapiro's of Brandon and Welcome Wagon. Andrea was very active as a Thirty-One Senior Consultant and Director in Vermont.
Andrea's parents Chester and Florence Nichols Carrara are predeceased. She is survived by her loving and supporting husband, Pat Bryant. Her beautiful daughters Erica Lynne Loso of Pittsford and her significant other, Jerry Fowler; and Katelynne Marie Disorda and her husband, Jeremy Disorda, of Brandon; and the true lights of her life, her five grandchildren Gavin Mitchell, Garrett Patrick and Kendall Marie Disorda, and twins Ava Grace and Kathryn Mabel Fowler; her sister, Nancy LaBounty of Rutland; her brother, Chester Carrara of Knottingham, NH; brother, Peter Carrara of East Wallingford, VT; and sister, Kelley Todriff of North Clarendon, VT; two stepdaughters Shannon Bryant of Texas and Amy Anderson of Virginia; as well as nieces and nephews from Kansas, and near and far and many special and loving friends.
Andrea enjoyed spending as much time with her precious grandchildren as possible. Her pure passion was the love of the beach, and getting her fix in the sun. She always carried a good romance novel in her thirty-one tote. She loved driving around in her summer car with the top down, listening to Friends in low places. When it was warm enough, she loved going on a motorcycle ride with her beloved husband, Pat. Andrea was extremely creative and loved various hobbies such as making dolls, costumes for Halloween, painting and gardening. She has a grand collection of angels.
Friends and family may visit the Miller and Ketcham Funeral Home in Brandon, VT, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Christ the King in Rutland, VT, on Thursday, October 22, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a reception held in the Engel Hall. A private burial will follow at a later date.
