Dorothy Plumhoff Obituary
Mrs. Plumhoff was a homemaker and enjoyed summers on Lake Bomoseen in Vermont.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, John; and five daughters, Joy Plumhoff of Pittsford, Vt., Deanne Felton of Brandon, Vt., Betty Denike, Margie Florio and Fran Spring, all of Mahwah, N.J.
The memorial service will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, at the Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Ave., in Ramsey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge, 2 Shelter Lane, Oakland, NJ.

Dorothy was like sunshine when she walked into a room. She made me feel loved and part of the family. We shared many a deep conversation, she was so wise. She will live on in her beautiful family and will be the shining star in the sky on a clear night. I love you, Dorothy. Rest in peace until we meet again.
