Patricia Tyminski Obituary
She was born in Rutland, October 14, 1936, the daughter of Lyman and Eva (Goodenough) Wood.
She was a graduate of Rutland High School, class of 1955, and, in 1956, she married Stanley J. Tyminski Sr.
Patricia was employed by Woolworths, Factory Outlet and Kings Department Store.
Music being her first interest, she played guitar and was the lead singer in the local circuit, playing many venues along with Saturday morning radio stations.
She enjoyed outdoor work, cooking and was an American history enthusiast with special interests regarding presidents and the Civil War.
Surviving are three children, Stanley J. Tyminski Jr. and his wife Michelle of Hillsboro, N.H., Darlene Ricketts and her husband Michael of West Rutland and Daniel Tyminski and his wife Elise of Nashville, Tenn.; six grandchildren, Jessica Tyminski, Jacklyn Tyminski, Gregory Ricketts, Kathryn Tyminski, Christopher Tyminski and John Tyminski; one great-grandchild, Bryson Tyminski; four brothers, Edward Wood, Rodney Wood, Larry Wood and Clifford Wood; six sisters, Virginia Crete, Janice McNamara, Sandra Springer, Martha Hyjek, Nancy Burney and Phyllis Pitts; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley, in 2009; two brothers, Richard Wood and Fred Wood; and by three sisters, Doris Danyow, Glenna Mound and Joanna Tyminski.
Graveside services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in East Clarendon Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Justin Baker, pastor of Christ the King Church in Rutland.
Arrangements are under the direction of Mullin-Clifford Funeral Home in West Rutland.

Many words to say right now, but the only person on this earth that they matter too is gone. I am so so happy for you gram, you will know and feel love all around you now. I know that grandpa has his arms opened wide to welcome you. I will always have a piece of my heart missing, untill it is my turn to be welcomed at the gate. A long life has been lived though, one full of moments that are unique to many. So be free gram, it is your time to shine now. I love you so so much and will always look to the heavens for comfort.
