ANDERSON, Andre
Born September 3, 1990 and delivered by angels into the hands of god on March 12, 2007

Survived by father Craig, mother Gina, brothers Jamil, Craig Jr. and sister Simmone. Andre was full of life, loved to skate & was never without a smile. Andre will always be our baby boy. He will be deeply missed by family & friends. A memorial service will be held at Oak Hills Church, 1100 Blue Ravine Rd. on March 21st at 2:00 p.m.

hey craig i am still so very sorry for your lost your families lost i pray everyday for you that GOD gives all of you the strength to continue to go on i really can not imagine the pain that you are still going through every day i know must still feel like yesterday i know that your heart aches all day and all night i simply wish there was more i can do for you i truely do think of you every day i wish i could wipe the pain away but i cant the only thing i can say is that andres smile lives on through you and what a handsome smile that is please take care of your wife hold her tight even through her fight her pain is not her pain the lost of andre over rides any pain that her body feels her heart needs mending and your arms can and will bring her strength and her arms you hold on to and together you both can relate to the pain the loss the feeling of emptiness and incompletness that you both feel because together you created andre and together you both will heal of course miss andre everyday because its normal your not suppose to get over it you simply get stronger with each passsing minute hour some days will be better than others please continue to trust in the lord and he will lead the way i will continue to pray for you and your family and remember to tell and show that special someone in your life (GINA) that you love them jesus loves you and so do I .

Andre,
I know we never got to know each other, but you will always be in my heart. When i first met you, you and two of your friends were skating by Jamba Juice when i used to work there. You guys would always be laughing and having a great time, back then (3 years ago)i did not know that you were Simmone's little brother. I always saw you skating around after that and loved when you had your fro. Your sister always said good things about you, and LOVES YOU WITH ALL OF HER HEART. Your whole family is great and I am sorry that you had to leave this world so early. I hope that there will always be a place for you to skate, i hope that there will always be music where ever you may wander, I hope there will always be light in the darkest parts of your journey. I wish that I would of got to know you better when I used to be close friends with your sister, but all I have left to remember you by is your smile, your laugh, your friends, family and Jamba Juice. Its better to have something than nothing at all. I will miss you Andre, everywhere green is apart of you.

By the way my friend Krystal passed away September of last year and I was hoping that you could find her because you are a lot like her, she lived every day like it was her last, she always had a smile on her face and had the greatest laugh. If you ever get lonely ask for Krystal Mohr because you two will get along great (her favorite color was green too)...two young lives taken from us, but at least both are not alone.

My most heartfelt condolences to the Anderson Family. Andre was in my kindergarden class and many others following until my sophmore year when I moved out of state. I lived on Bayline and very often played with Andre and others in the park. I heart was broken to hear of this awful tragedy and please know you all are in my prayers. Andre was a spectacular person and no negative remark could possibly be made about him. He was energetic and happy in everything he did( as I'm sure you all ready know). It is at these times we should focus on the beautiful things we can remember of our loved ones. For example that beautiful smile Andre never failed to share an that unique laugh that you could identify from many feet away. I am praying for the entire family and I know that Andre is watching over all of you. He will be missed but always in our hearts.

Andre was one of Michael's very best friends. He was a happy, goofy, good mannered kid. He was always welcome in my home and I enjoyed his wry sense of humor. The last time he was over here, he pointed out an injury that Mike had got while they were out skateboarding; a deep wound on Mike’s hand that he had covered with a tissue and didn’t bother to tell me about. After a good 15 minutes, Andre knew that I should know, so he told me about it. When I had Mike soak his hand in soapy (STING!!!) water to clean the fairly deep and dirty gouge, he beat me to the punch in suggesting that I put some salt in the water also. Yet again, he was a funny kid taking care of his buddy, but having some fun while he was doing so.

Andre, we will miss you. I was looking forward to watching you guys become men and fathers. My heart felt sympathy to Gina, Craig, Simmone, and your brothers (I don’t recall meeting Jamil or Jr.).

Before you go boarding the awesome grounds of heaven, make sure you clear it with St. Peter; you’d think he was the big guy himself the way he guards the place! And, please, if you could, watch over Michael for me.

My deepest-and I mean deepest sympathy for Andre and his family. I was a friend of Andre's myself, and so was my older brother Logan. Andre was just this happy guy! I used to call him a goofball, because he made so many jokes. Even when Logan would make fun of him sometimes, Andre still smiled! He never lost that smile and he never lost his laugh. I will Never forget Andre. Never. He made such an influence on everyone-affected so many lives for the better. He taught people how to live...he taught the world how to laugh. Andre was someone who I was always happy to be with. I am so happy to have known him as well as I did, I still can't believe we didn't hang out last Saturday like we said we would. I wish that all of us would never have to do any of this for Andre at all. I still can't accept this as our final goodbye to each other. I want to see your smile and hear your voice for one more time. This is too hard for me or anyone to bare. I will miss you man, and your illuminating personality that made me proud to be your friend.

me and andre have been very close friends ever since we broke our ankles in 8th grade during the same week. We have skated together every weekend ever since then and we became very close. I didnt know andre super well.. and know that hes gone i wish i could have talked to him. i had first period with him. and he was always smiling. at one point there was a conflict bettween his friends and my friends but i talked to him about it and he would always tell me that it was all a waste of time and we should be loving not hatin. and know after all that i have hung out with his freinds. alex. kris. gabe. and i relized that they are some of the coolest kids i know. and i wish i could have been with andre as well.
