Anthony Jacob "Tony" Palladino

1940 - 2017

5/7/2017 Anthony "Tony" Palladino passed away May 7, 2017 in Rocklin, Ca. His wife, Karen Loop Palladino, and his daughter Jessica Shipway, who was constantly by his side, were with him when he passed. He was born in The Bronx, NY, spent his early childhood in Pennsylvania, then moved with his family to California. Tony married his true love, Karen, in Los Gatos in 1993. In 2001 they moved to Rocklin, CA. Tony loved traveling, history, old movies, and politics. He was a Master Mason and an active member of Calvary Chapel Roseville. Tony received an AA degree from West Valley College, and in 1981, while a student at San Jose State, he became an incomplete quadriplegic as a result of a fall. He worked for Lockheed Martin in Sunnyvale for over 25 years, after which he spent several years with DataQuest and United Way. Tony is survived by Karen Loop Palladino, his wife of almost 25 years; his daughter, Jessica Shipway; his son, James Palladino; daughters Susan Thomas (Bill) and Lora McKenzie (Tom); grandchildren Jennifer, James, Jamie, Jessika, Jacquie, Brandon, Liam, and Andrew; five great-grandchildren and a brother, Stephen Caracciolo (Caroline). A Celebration of Life for Tony will be held at Calvary Chapel Roseville, 801 Riverside Ave., at 2:00 on Saturday, May 20.
