Arleen Weld Obituary
Life long resident of Sacramento, passed away April 4, 2003 at the age of 87. Devoted wife of the late Theodore Weld. Loving mother of George A. lnglish, and stepmother of John Weld, Barbara Barbero, and Woody Weld. Adoring grandmother of Tony Ortega, Billee Inglish, George Inglish II, Howard Inglish, David Inglish, and 5 great-grandchildren. She graduated from Sacramento High School in 1932, then continued her education at Stanford University, graduating in 1936. Arleen was one of the State of California EDD first employees and continued to work for EDD for 40 years as a supervisor. She was known for always showing kindness to others and will be greatly missed. Family and friends are welcome to attend Visitation, Monday, April 7th from 12- 8pm, Tuesday, April 8th from 9am-8pm and Graveside Services, Wednesday, April 9th at 10am. All services will be held at SOUTH EAST LAWN MEMORIAL PARK & MORTUARY , 9189 E. Stockton, Blvd., Elk Grove.
