Calvin DeVoile Obituary
DeVOILE, Calvin H.
Born November 17, 1926 in Cape Girardeau, MO. Calvin passed away on May 5, 2009 at the age of 82. He is survived by his loving wife, Yukie DeVoile. Greatly missed by his children: oldest son, Jamie DeVoile, late son Ronald DeVoile and youngest son, Leland DeVoile. Forever remembered by his grandchildren, Lynette Sluder, Anthony DeVoile, Krystal DeVoile and Alex DeVoile. Blessed by his great-grandchildren, Camden Sluder, Sevan Sluder and Olivia DeVoile. He retired after 20 years of service with the Air Force and Army, serving in WWII and the Korean War. Graveside Service will be held Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 11:00am at East Lawn Elk Grove Mortuary, 9189 E. Stockton Blvd., Elk Grove, CA 95624. Interment East Lawn Elk Grove Cemetery.

We sincerely thank you for the flowers, gifts, and support to our family through this very difficult time. Dad would have been pleasantly surprised at the overwhelming expressions of love you shared with Mom. Dad and Mom shared 59 years together and have been an example of devotion, commitment, and unconditional love for all follow. We were blessed to have friends and family such as you. On behalf of the DeVoile family.
