BETTIS, Christopher Nigel On Tuesday, September 30, 2014, an angel of the Lord visited Christopher Nigel Bettis and quietly prepared his journey home. Chris Bettis was born June 24, 1973 to Harold Bettis & Jeanette Bettis in Sacramento, California. He was baptized at an early age and graduated from Luther Burbank High School. Following high school graduation, Chris joined the United States Army where he proudly served his country for almost 7 years. During his military career, Chris was a Jump Master, IT Software Analytics and managed group level information systems for a Special Forces Group. He continued his career in Information Technology (IT) after leaving the military. He was most recently employed by QTS Data Center in Suwanee, Georgia as Senior Cisco Engineer. In addition to Chris' career success, he always gave 100% commitment to everything that he attempted to do. He was very proud to act as a community servant and coached North Gwinnett Girls Basketball for the past few years. Chris was married to Alisa more than 13 blissful years. Providing for his wife and daughters. The legacy of Chris' season is left to be remembered by ; his loving wife, Alisa Bettis; mother, Jeanette Bettis; father, Harold (Lupe) Bettis; three daughters, Sasha, Ciara and Taylor Bettis; one brother, Curtis Halkyard; father-in-law, Alexander Flemings; mother-in-law, Patricia Flemings; two sisters-in-law, Alexis (Keith) Holland and Dara (Tron) Shoffner; two nieces, Chelsea and Chloe Halkyard; four nephews, Joshua and Graylann Holland and Dominque and Denel Shoffner and a host of uncles, aunts and other relatives.
