Dennis Keller Obituary
April 14, 1948 - November 29, 2020
Roseville, California - Dennis was born in Sacramento, California April 14, 1948, to Robert and Esther Keller, both deceased. He passed away November 29, 2020 at Roseville Sutter Hospital at age 72 due to heart complications.
Dennis was athletic and good in all the sports in which he participated. In his very young years he was twice part of the Citrus Heights Little League all-star baseball team. Later in life, he also was interested in history and politics. He graduated from San Juan High School in 1966 and then completed a railroad Carman apprenticeship at Pacific Fruit Express.
Dennis served two years in the U.S. Army as a military policeman while stationed in Germany. Later Dennis worked for Southern Pacific Railroad in Roseville, California and retired as a pipefitter for Union Pacific Railroad.
Dennis is survived by his twin brother Donald Keller of Citrus Heights, California; and sisters Carol Baker of Meadow Vista, California and Diean Rovenstine of Fort Meyers, Florida. Dennis will be greatly missed by family and many friends. Thanks to the staff at Roseville Sutter Hospital for taking excellent care of him.
Due to COVID-19 a memorial service for Dennis will be held on a later date at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery.

I worked with Dennis for several years at SP/UP. He was a friendly, kind guy who was always willing to help you. He was a great pipefitter & machst. He knew his history & politics. He will be missed.
