Donald Bockman Obituary
BOCKMAN, Donald P.
Sept 11, 1930-July 21, 2008
Passed peacefully in his home. He is survived by his loving wife, Eileen; his sister, Rose Gorrell; brother, Vic Bockmann; 4 children, Claire Bockmann, Donna Wynn & husband David, Charles Bockmann, James Bockmann & wife Sue. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Danny, Patty, Paula-Jean, Arlene, Nathan, Tracy, Donald, Jamie, Megan, and Chad; as well as 11 great-grandchildren. His legacy will forever live in our hearts. Memorial Services are being held at Green Valley Mortuary in Rescue on Friday July 25 at 6pm.

My grandfather was an amazing man. He touched so many people lives and was always willing to lend a hand. I've grown to know him more and more over the past 4 years and learned so much about life. And boy did I get my ear full of advice! I'll miss him greatly... especially the I love you babe's that I heard on a daily basis. I love you grandpa! xoxo

Don was a great guy who lived a great life. We had some wonderful years of friendship with Don and Eileen, playing golf and just havng good fun. I'll always remember those times with them as some of the best in my life.
Eileen, I'm so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you.

Dear family, please except our condolences on the loss of uncle donny, he is surrounded by so much family right now!! Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers. We shared many great times in McCall, Carson City and Boise with both Don & Eileen. A good guy to be around. Here's to you Don. We will tip our glasses and toast to you.

I worked with Don at McClellan for years and with and for his wife Eileen. He was a great guy. Did a lot of hard work for the Spainards and Turks. And we played hard at the "O" club. My condolences to his family.

Bockmann Family
I worked for many years for Don at McClellan and in Turkey. He was great guy to know with quick wit and a great smile. He coached my brother Dan in baseball. He will be missed by all who knew him. Please accept my most sincere condolences.
