Elizabeth Nehr Obituary

NEHR, Elizabeth
Passed away peacefully on October 26, 2006 at the Northern California Rehabilitation Hospital in Redding, CA. A resident of Millville, CA, she passed away at the age of 93. Elizabeth was born January 20, 1913 to Phillip and Loisa Petersohn. She was raised on a farm near McCluskey North Dakota. During the 1930's, she and her family would eventually move to California. There she met her husband Bill of 60 years. They settled in South Sacramento where they lived until moving to Shasta County. Elizabeth is survived by her son Jack Nehr and daughter-in-law Rhonda, granddaughter Tracy of Millville, and brothers Edward and Paul of Wilton. She is also survived my numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Thursday Nov. 9 from 4-8 pm and funeral services will be on Friday Nov. 10th at 10am at Sacramento Memorial Lawn 6100 Stockton Blvd. Sacramento, CA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Mercy Foundation North, 2480 Sonoma St. Redding, CA 96001.
