On April 26, 2005, we lost our beloved friend and sister Erin. She held a special place in our hearts and in our lives. She was our sweet, kind baby sister growing up, and became our feisty friend, supportive cheerleader, and constant comedian later in life. She loved her family and all the special people in her life. She loved her children above all else, and was extremely proud of Adam's and Christa's achievements. She was taken too early from our lives, and from the lives of all those she touched. We will forever miss you. Dennis and Rhoda Cottongim, Dave and Barb Cottongim, Mark and Carole (Cottongim) Elking, and Jack and Joanne Cottongim.

Dearest Erin, I will love you always. We had some wonderful times together and I will never forget them. I don't know why you had to go so soon, but wherever you are, there is dancing and happiness all around. Give your mom a big hug for me and tell her hello. I will miss you dearly.

Erin was a dear friend and more. I am so sorry i was unable to see her recently to catch up on old times and laugh.
She was definitely needed in a higher place for a special reason.
