Frances BROUGHAM Obituary
Frances passed away peace- fully on May 3rd at the age of 86. She was preceded in death by her parents Wilbur D. and Ruby P. Davis; her husband Thomas C. Brougham, Sr.; sons Thomas C. Brougham, Jr. and Terrence David. Survived by daughter Susan A. Brougham and son Dennis P. Brougham; grandchildren Kelly, Ryane, Tiffinee, Bradlee, Monica; and great grandchildren Anthony, Mickenzee, Rylee, Brenden, Skylar and Reese; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Born in Illinois, she spent time in Iowa and St. Louis before moving to Sacramento in 1981. She loved family, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, White Castle hamburgers, Hershey bars, and anything shiny.
No services were held per her request. Love you forever.
