I knew Frank through our chosen careers when I worked in Sac City USD and in Elk Grove USD. He was a kind, gentle, humorous and incredibly smart man. His "Happy Birthday" greetings always made me smile. What a delight to have known him. My thoughts are with his family.

A very nice man, who I met later in life through my wife's work for EGUSD. Raised three great daughters that I was lucky enough to meet at Sacred Heart School.

I first met Frank when I was 16, working for the district in the afternoons. I was shy, but he could always make me burst into laughter with his gentle teasing and jokes. He was one of my mentors, who was so encouraging while I was trudging my way through college. Our paths crossed many, many times during my career with SCUSD. He was always an absolute delight to see. Catching up was sure to involve funny stories and lots of laughter. Frank will never be gone, because so many of us hold in in our hearts.
My sincere condolences to the family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Frank was a very dear and kind person, who helped me get started as a new young psychologist on staff, was always willing to listen, and could make me laugh even on my darkest days. I will never forget him, and he and his family will always be in my prayers.

My favorite teacher, ever! In his class (6th grade - his first teaching assignment) he let us dance and do the twist in the afternoons after we all got our work done, so of course we were all quick to do our work so we could have fun. Will miss him dearly walking by my house at Dillon Beach and his telling me his name was Frank not Mr. Pickle!! With love...
