Franklin Mitchell Obituary
Frank was deeply loved by all his family and friends. He will be especially remembered for his friendly, generous and caring spirit, and his clever, droll sense of humor.
Frank is survived by two of his children, Gary and Judi, four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by Jan, his wife of 67 years, and youngest daughter Kristen.
Services will be private.

Frank was a tremendous person. Always fun to be around with that unique sense of humor. I'm glad to have known and have Frank in my life. I wish the Mitchell family the best in their loss.

I met Mitch when I was around 7 years old when I lived in woodland. After school one day he took me out for my first ice cream soda. Have great memories of family dinners at Jan's parents home. Used to talk with him about the Indy 500 and remember that he took the Indiana paper during the month of May for all of the racing news. years later Sue and I would run into Mitch and Jan at the Elephant Bar on Sunrise blvd and catch up on all of our family's Keeping Judi and Gary in or prayers.
