MANES, Gerald L.K.
April 24, 1932 - Jan. 5, 2009
Survived by his adoring daughters Amelita, Carla, and Ellen, their mother Jean Manes, and his wife of 18 years, Karen Columbia. Gerald was a dedicated employee of Sacramento County for nearly 30 years. He devoted his life and compassion to helping those in Adult Protective Services. Gerald was passionate about his family and friends, classical music, and literature. He will also be missed by his 3 grandchildren, Camilla Reise, and Steven and Trinity Slavensky, his nephews Jim and Bob Farmer, and their mother Loretta Farmer. A service to celebrate his life will be held Saturday, January 17, 2009 in the Youth Center at Foothill Community Church, 200 Cirby Way, Roseville CA from 2:00-4:00PM.

You will live in our hearts and souls until our final days.
We love you, Dad.
