Helen Mullin Obituary

Helen Mullin
January 1, 1930 - August 16, 2021
Citrus Heights, California - Helen Mullin, 91, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 16, 2021. Helen is survived by her 10 children, 22 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren who affectionately called her "Little Grandma." Helen was born on January 1, 1930, in Salem, South Dakota. She left Salem when she was 21 to marry her high school sweetheart, Bill Mullin, in Colorado Springs. Shortly thereafter the army transferred them to Anchorage, Alaska. They lived in Yuba City for about 10 years and then in their home in Citrus Heights for the last 51 years. Helen was extremely proud of her children, sons and daughters-in-law, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Helen loved playing bridge with her St. Mel's group and other bridge groups, gardening and watching Jeopardy. We would like to thank Sutter Hospice for assisting Helen to stay comfortably in her beloved home. Your expert care and kindness will be remembered and appreciated. The Rosary for Helen will be at St Mel Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 7th at 10:30am, followed by her funeral Mass. A lunch reception will follow at the church hall.
