My sympathies to the Chew family. Mr. Chew was one of my favorite high school teachers. I had an aversion to dissecting our lab "specimens" so Mr. Chew allowed me to "illustrate" the dissections instead. I'm still not a good "illustrator". Thanks for the memories Mr. Chew. You were a wonderful teacher.

I was so sad to hear the news about Mr. Chew. He was such a kind, calm and wonderful teacher and it was a pleasure to be in his class. He touched the lives of so many. We have fond memories of collecting bugs, disecting frogs and viewing all those "creatures" in the jars! =) He will be deeply missed and never forgotten. My deepest sympathy to the Chew family.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Chew. He was my science teacher at River City High School Class of 1990. I remember that he used to offer us soda's, Squirt in the frig from the back. The only problem was some of his dead specimen's like worm & frogs where stored in that same frig. Most of us students would just tell him thanks for the offer, but no thanks!. He truely was a fun person. My condolances go out to his family.

I was so sad to hear of Mr. Chew's passing. He was a former teacher of mine at James Marshall High School Class of 1975. He was also our senior class advisor and a great person. I will always remember him as repected and liked by everyone. He was there to help others in need and put others before himself. I'am honored to call him my friend. My deepest sympathy and prayers go to his family at this challenging time.
